This Concrete Tube Calculator makes estimating concrete requirements for concrete tubes simple and straightforward.
You can use this calculator to accurately determine how much cement, sand, and aggregate you’ll need for your tube-making project, no matter if you’re a civil engineer, construction professional, or DIY enthusiast.
When you input the tube’s inner diameter, outer diameter, and length, as well as the grade of concrete you want, the calculator quickly calculates the concrete volume.
As a result, manual calculations are eliminated, saving time and reducing the chance of errors.
With its user-friendly interface and clear results, the Concrete Tube Calculator empowers users to make informed decisions, plan their projects efficiently, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

How to use Concrete Tube Calculator?
The Concrete Tube Calculator is a handy tool that helps you estimate the concrete requirements for making concrete tubes.
To use the calculator, follow these steps.
First, provide the inner diameter, outer diameter, and length of the tube in their respective input fields. You can choose the unit of measurement for each value, such as inches, feet, centimeters, or meters.
Next, select the desired concrete grade from the available options, such as M20, M15, M10, or M7.5. This determines the strength and composition of the concrete.
Additionally, choose the quantity unit for the results, either kilograms (kg) or metric tons (ton).
Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the “Calculate” button. The calculator will then display a detailed table showing the quantities of cement, sand, and aggregate required, as well as the total concrete volume.
A pie chart is also provided to visualize the proportions of each component. This helps you plan and estimate the materials needed for your concrete tube project accurately.

Formulas To calculate Tube concrete volume.
- Outer Volume = π * (Outer Diameter / 2) ² * Length
- Inner Volume = π * (Inner Diameter / 2) ² * Length
- Concrete Volume = Outer Volume – Inner Volume
- 1 part of ratio = concrete volume /no. of parts of ratio
(If concrete grade is M20 with 1:1.5:3 ratio than total no. of ratio parts is = 1+1.5+3 = 5.5)
- Cement Quantity = 1 part of ratio * Cement Ratio
- Sand Quantity = 1 part of ratio * Sand Ratio
- Aggregate Quantity = 1 part of ratio * Aggregate Ratio
Here You will get material quantity in cubic meters. to convert them into Kg use following formulas
- Cement Quantity in Kg = Cement Quantity in meter cube * 1.440
- Sand Quantity in Kg = Sand Quantity in meter cube * 1.6
- Aggregate Quantity in Kg = Aggregate Quantity in meter cube * 1.6
You can change the values as per density of sand and aggregate.
